The same three digits, modern

Hans Decoz, writing in our own era, sees the 1 as “strong, individualistic and goal-oriented”, the 2 as its opposite, “subtle, gentle, diplomatic, sensitive, and cooperative”, and the 3 as a number like “a gifted teenager who is still under the protection of their parents”. His descriptions climb too: an assertive start, a gentler reply, and a talent still growing up.

Where the two sources differ is tone. Sepharial has tension in the middle of the run, since the 2 is a number of antithesis. Decoz makes the 2 the soft middle, a cooperative partner between two more forceful ends. Either way the run has a direction, which is the thing most guides pick up on.

123 in Numbers

We computed the reduction with master numbers 11, 22 and 33 kept: 1 + 2 + 3 = 6, reached in a single step. So 123 lands on the 6 with no master number on the way. Sepharial gives the 6 “The number of co-operation.” and Venus, and Decoz writes that its most important influence is its “loving and caring nature”. A run that begins with a self and ends in care is an easy thing to describe, and it is the reading Numerologist.com builds on, calling the sum the most perfect number of the Pythagoreans.

Wikipedia’s notes on the number

Wikipedia’s article on the number states that 123 is a Lucas number. It also says that along with 6, 123 is one of only two positive integers that are simultaneously two more than a perfect square and two less than a perfect cube. The 6 in that sentence is the same 6 our reduction ends on, which is a coincidence of arithmetic and nothing more. In its religion section, the article says that in numerology the sequence of 123 is associated with progress and the Holy Trinity, so it may be called the Trinity of Progress or the Triad of Progress. We report that as Wikipedia’s statement about a numerological label, not as a tradition we can date.

Factors, reversal and the clock

123 is 3 x 41, and its reverse, 321, is the same run counting down. On a 12-hour clock it appears as 1:23 twice a day. Whether the early one also counts on a 24-hour display depends on whether you read 01:23 with its leading zero, an example Wikipedia’s 24-hour clock article itself uses. In US dates it can be January 23, written 1/23, or December 3, written 12/3.

Anahana adds deeper connection with oneself and others. Those are readings of a number, never a statement about a real relationship.

For singles, Astrology.com says to be open and receptive to new opportunities, and Angelnumber.org says to make a change in attitude toward a possible partner. For couples, Astrology.com reads readiness to take a bond to the next level or start anew, and Angelnumber.org suggests doing something differently to refresh it. The soulmate and twin flame readings stay in the same key. Calmoura calls 123 a positive sign on a soulmate search and, for twin flames, a message of growth, alignment and divine guidance. Astrology.com, Anahana and Goddess Gift also read a new phase or a confirmation of connection.

Separation and reunion divide the pages. Hiddennumerology says 123 is a good sign of reunion with a twin flame or soulmate but asks for patience, and also says it may mean separating to make changes. Calmoura reads a separation as temporary growth and a reunion as guided by timing. Against that, Everyday Power says 123 reminds you to be careful what you wish for, and MyMythos says the twin flame reading should remain a reading of experience and not a sure thing about what another person will choose. MyMythos adds that a sighting does not make a stranger a partner, and we say the same.
