Terms of use

These terms apply to starvela.app, operated by Westernmost LLC, 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Starvela", "we"). By using the site or buying a reading, you agree to them.

1. What Starvela provides

Free numerology and astrology calculators, interpretation texts, and paid personal and compatibility readings delivered as a PDF by email. All of it is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only, as explained in our entertainment disclaimer. We do not provide predictions or professional advice of any kind.

2. Readings

Paid readings are for adults aged 18 and over, and you confirm this at checkout. The price is shown before you pay and is charged once. There is no subscription. Every number and chart position in a reading is calculated from the details you give us, using the methods on our methodology page. Readings are composed with the help of AI writing tools, working from your computed chart and our interpretation guidelines. Readings are delivered by email within 24 hours. Please check your details before ordering: a reading reflects what you enter. If you order a compatibility reading, please only give us another person's details if you are comfortable they would not mind.

Our reading method has been reviewed and approved by a practicing astrologer. She reviewed the method: the calculations we use, the interpretation guidelines and the way readings are framed. She does not prepare, read or review individual orders. No person reviews your individual reading before it is sent.

3. Final sale, and what we fix

We start preparing your reading as soon as your payment is complete, at your express request. All sales are final once preparation begins: we do not refund a reading because you changed your mind or did not like it. If your reading does not arrive, is technically defective, or uses the wrong details because of our error, we will fix it, prepare it again, or refund you, as set out in our refund policy.

If you live in the EU or UK, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once preparation begins, because you asked us to start straight away and acknowledged this at checkout. Your other statutory rights are not affected.

4. Your use of the site

You may use the calculators and read the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy our interpretation texts in bulk, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation. Your reading is for your own use; you may share it with people you know.

5. Accuracy

We take care that our calculations are correct and describe our methods openly, but we cannot guarantee that the site will be free of errors or always available. Interpretations are traditional and symbolic, not factual statements about you.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Starvela is not liable for decisions you make based on the site or a reading, and our total liability for any claim relating to a reading is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one shown when you made it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in the EU or UK, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country.
